1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of digital products on loverlystudio.com.

2. Products

All products are digital files only (customizable Canva templates). No physical shipment will ever take place.

3. Orders & Delivery

After payment, the buyer immediately receives access to the purchased files. Downloads are instant.

4. Usage License

Files are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent from Loverly Studio is prohibited.

5. Prices & Payments

• Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) by default.

• For international customers, equivalent prices may be shown in euros (EUR).

• Any currency conversion fees or bank charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, no refund or cancellation is possible (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

However, in case of a technical issue (broken link, access problem, corrupted file), support is available at hello@loverlystudio.com until resolution.

7. Liability

• Loverly Studio is not liable for:

  • Misuse of files by the customer

  • Printing quality issues with third-party services

  • Incompatibility with customer software beyond Canva

• Loverly Studio ensures files are delivered in good working condition at the time of sale.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs and templates remain the intellectual property of Loverly Studio. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer agrees to first seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
